CLIENT PERSONALIZATION

Each client will get their company name/code as subdomain e. g. – www.dms.com/xyzCorp, www.dms.com/abcLtd. On the basis of subdomain, login page and layout will be customized (as per client company design standard e. g. Logo, color etc.)

COMPRESSION / ARCHIVAL

Document will be compressed before storing it on hard drive so it will take less space to store.
Documents can be archived after specific time. This will improve application performance for client

ENCRYPTION

Documents will be encrypted before storing it on hard drive.
This feature will be configurable (This feature will impact the application performance)

MULTIPLE DOCUMENT LIBRARIES

Client can create multiple document libraries with custom fields to hold details regarding attached document.
Document can be uploaded in any file format

BASIC WORKFLOW

Basic workflow can be designed in each document library (e.g. – Document approval procedure).

USER ROLES

Separate roles can be defined to do administration of document libraries.
All device compatible website (mobile, tab, pc etc.)

FULL TEXT SEARCH

Client can search through fields and the content of document (OCR can be used to achieve this).
